I am reminded of those words the "breaker anointing". Anyway, moving on here. There are so many people in bondage to so many things. When people get into places of bondage, it's like having chains wrapped around ones neck.
So if you see someone in bondage, regardless of the reasons why. Reach out and help them. Become a chain breaker that breaks the chains of bondage and sets the captives free.
